Where can I find a raincoat? I need one by Feb.13? So, I am not sure I can buy one online, but maybe. But, I really need a raincoat for a good (cheap) price. Any suggestions?

I saw bright orange an yellow ones, the Gorton's Fisherman or you might wear on Maid of the Mist at Goodwill. I have no idea other than in the outdoor section at Walmart or Bass Pro Shop. Those of course would just be for function, not style.

I saw shiny black vinyl ones on the clearance rack at target in cumming today $28.00 all sizes,they fall just below the hipline,very shiny though.
